In order to provide our members with a continued high level of service, quality food product and a fiscally responsible operation, members are asked to make advance reservations for the
Dining Room, Commodore's Grille and Patio whenever possible
. Specific table request can be made and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Members arriving with or without reservations, are requested to check in with the hostess at the time of your arrival. You will always be able to walk in and dine without a reservation, however, there are times when you may experience a wait.
Reservations for special events begin 30 days prior to the event or as listed on the individual event posters. Members are given exclusive reservation opportunities for the first 14 days. Guests may make reservations after that time as space allows. Single members are always permitted a plus-one immediately upon reservation openings.
Reservations can be made in person, by phone, email or online for all dining and special events. Online reservations begin at 9:00 a.m. on the opening reservation day. Reservations made in person, by phone and email are updated online and confirmation emails are sent. This applies to ala carte dining and special events. If you have not received an email confirmation for a reservation that you have made please contact the office.

7 DAYS BEFORE the event, will be charged to the member.
The reservation procedure for Cork & Fork/Wine & Dine events follows the regular Club reservation procedure. Reservations will be taken 30 days in advance beginning at 9:00 a.m. Reservations may be made via the Club website online reservation system or by calling the Club beginning at 9:00 a.m. A member may make a reservation for a table of up to six members, names must be provided at time of reservation.
Online reservations will be the
quickest and best method to make these reservations.
You are strongly encouraged to use the online reservation system for Cork & Fork/Wine & Dine events or alternatively ask another member who you plan to sit with at the dinner to make your online reservation for you. If you choose make your reservation by telephone instead of using the online system, you should understand that while our office staff will do their best to promptly field these calls, they
may not be able to answer all calls immediately when call volume is high. Please leave a brief voicemail with your reservation request. Please be aware, if a phone reservation comes in prior to an online reservation the time stamp of the reservation will determine which reservation is honored.
Non-member guest reservations are only permitted 14 days in advance of the event, if space is available. Due to the popularity and increased demand, two identical Cork & Fork events will be available in each scheduled month. Reservations for both events will be available 30 days prior to the first event date.
In the event a reservation must be cancelled, members
are not permitted to transfer their reservation without prior approval from the office. Any existing waitlisted members have priority.
