"VOICES FOR KIDS"The Isle-ettes sponsor the Charlotte County Guardian Ad Litem program on a monthly basis throughout the watch. We pledge a given amount each watch to give to this program to assist with birthday parties for a child who is in foster care. These children have been taken away from their families for various reasons and live with foster families. This program assures a party for the child's birthday. It gives the foster parent money to purchase items for a party including a cake, ice cream, favors and a present. The program Isle-ettes support is called "Voices for Kids". We are happy that we could assist with making a child's special day a happier one for them. |
